deemed to accept each time you use the website:
1. Our contract
These terms and conditions regulate the business relationship between
you (The Client or Candidate) and us (Teach Consultancy Ltd). By
buying our services or using our web site free of charge, you agree to
be bound by them.
2. Changes to terms
We may from time to time change these terms. The terms that apply
to you are those posted here on our web site on the day you apply to
use our services. It may be useful to print a copy now.
3. Interruptions and Omissions in Service
Whilst we Teach Consultancy Ltd endeavor to ensure that the standard of this website remains high and to maintain the continuity of it, we note, errors, omissions, interruptions of service and delays may occur at any time. We do not accept any liability as a result of circumstances beyond our reasonable control, arising from any such errors, omissions, interruptions or delays or any ongoing obligation or responsibility to operate this website (or any particular part of it) or to provide the service offered on this website. In this circumstance the client accepts that it shall still be responsible for the payment of the fees.
4. Information on this Site
As some of the information is supplied to us by third parties our ability to guarantee the accuracy or completeness of that information is reduced. We will however make every effort to manage this. We do not accept any liability arising from any inaccuracy or omission in any of the information on this site including but not limited to any curriculum vitae, or any liability in respect of information on this site supplied by you any other site user or any other person. From time to time, we may vary the specification of this site without notice. Sole responsibility for any information submitted by you to this site is held by you. This extents to responsibility for ensuring that all information supplied by you is up-to-date, accurate and not likely to mislead and that it is not discriminatory, offensive, obscene, nor otherwise illegal. recruiting staff, seeking employment, help with your career or

have authorised access, seek to overload the system via spamming or
flooding, take any action or use any device, routine or software to
crash, delay, damage or otherwise interfere with the operation of this
site or attempt to decipher, disassemble or modify any of the software,
coding or information comprised in the Site.

We, Teach Consultancy Ltd do not accept any responsibility for or
liability in respect of the content of on the site detailed in any
automatic links, many of the owners of which do not necessarily have
any connection, commercial or otherwise, with us. Use of automatic
links to gain access to sites is entirely at your own risk.
7. Advertising on our Site
In circumstances when this is submitted to us by a third party,
advertisers are responsible for ensuring that material submitted for
inclusion on the site complies with all legal requirements. Teach
Consultancy Limited does not accept liability in respect of any
advertisements that is subject to our terms and conditions which are
available on request. This exclusion of liability is to the extent
permitted by law including any implied terms.
8. Terms of Business
Each recruitment, advertisement or consultancy assignment arising as
a result of using Ebony Recruitment Solutions online site will be
subject to our standard Terms of Business as they are applicable in the
circumstances. All prospective employers and clients for whom we
arrange assignments or placements will have made available to them a
copy of the Terms of Business applicable to them at or following
registration.
9. Liability
Teach Consultancy Ltd, accepts no liability for any loss (whether direct
or indirect), for loss of business, revenue or profits, corruption or
destruction of data or for any other indirect or consequential loss
whatsoever) arising from your use of the site. We hereby exclude any
such liability, whether in contract, tort (including for negligence) or
otherwise. We hereby exclude all representations, warranties and
conditions relating to this website and your use of it to the maximum
extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify us and keep us indemnified against all costs,
expenses, claims, losses, liabilities or proceedings arising from use or
misuse by you of this site.
You must notify us immediately if anyone makes or threatens to make
any claim against you relating to your use of this site.
10. Terms of Payment
Unless otherwise set out and agreed by Teach Consultancy Ltd, theclient will not be entitled to any discount of any kind. All quotes exclude VAT, and any Booking Discount. Sole responsibility is with theclient to inform Ebony Recruitment Solutions Sales Executive of anydiscount before placing the recruitment advertisement. All rates can befound in our rate card and online brochure.
The client shall be liable to pay Teach Consultancy Ltd a one off
payment for the introduction of a candidate who subsequently accepts
an engagement. This fee is payable upon engagement of an applicant
or 14 days from the date of invoice, which ever is earlier. On
engagement of the applicant, the fee is based upon the offer of the
commencing salary agreed with the client and the applicant at the rate
of:
The fee varies according to Remuneration and area as follows:

| £15,001 to £20,000 | 12.5% | 12.0% |
| £20,001 to £25,000 | 13.5% | 13.0% |
| £25,001 to £30,000 | 14.0% | 14.0% |
| £30,001 and above | 15.0% | 15.0% |
VAT is payable in addition to any fee due. Teach Consultancy Ltd may
alter these fees from time to time and, if appropriate, the Client will be
advised in writing.
In the event that the engagement is for a fixed term of less than 12 months, the fee payable is calculated as a percentage of the applicant's anticipated annual remuneration. Teach Consultancy Ltd will not be liable for any failure to Provide or deliver Services including unavailability of the Site that is a result of circumstances beyond our reasonable control and it is accepted that the Client shall still be responsible for the payment of the fees as if the services had been properly provided. Payments are due within 30 days of our invoice. Value added tax (VAT) due is shown separately on the invoice.
If cases where there is a dispute relating to charges, this must be advised in writing to Teach Consultancy Ltd within the 7 day period after receipt of the invoice date. Any failure to do this may deem such claims invalid. Clients are responsible for any fees incurred that result during the recovery of these charges.
11. Refund Policy
If your request is sent within 24 hours from the online registration date you will be granted a full refund less 15% administration charge. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Refunds will not be made if technical problems occur and result in you not being able to view Ebony Recruitment Solutions. Refunds are given at the discretion of the management.
12. Termination
We may terminate your registration and/or deny you access to
the site or any part of it (including any services, goods or
information available on or through the site) at any time in our
absolute discretion and without any explanation or notification.
13. Services
To respond to legal, security obligations or for other reasons Teach Consultancy Ltd shall be permitted at anytime to make changes to the site or its Services without need to notify users. Teach Consultancy Ltd and its third party suppliers own all materials, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights on the site. This extents to and includes intellectual property, ideas, concepts, or techniques developed by Teach Consultancy Ltd. Teach Consultancy Ltd shall provide services as agreed by the client and subject to the following Conditions.
- The Client accepts that: if any terms and conditions are not observed by the client or there is a failure to comply with any agreed contract, Teach Consultancy Ltd will not be obliged or liable if it does not provide the service requested;
- Where services are not taken within the time specified in the Service Agreement;
- Clients shall still be responsible for the full payment of the fees
- Clients accept that where Teach Consultancy Ltd takes instructions from authorised users, Teach Consultancy Ltd will not be accountable for any breach of agreements or delay or error in service delivery.
14. Advertising Services
All clients who purchase services agree to provide Teach Consultancy Ltd, with information, advertisements, logos and design work etc in format as stipulated by Teach Consultancy Ltd. The timing of this is subject to service level agreements between the client and Teach Consultancy Ltd. Any changes or modifications to service level agreements are subject to additional Charges influenced by time required to deliver service. The design work, set-up, artwork and logos, advertisements will become live on the site only on approval by the client Teach Consultancy Ltd will use its discretion to decline to publish or omit, suspend or change the position of any Advertisement. Occasionally Teach Consultancy Ltd will use a client’s logo during any promotional campaigns. The client does reserve the right to request their information and logo to be removed. Any requests for advertisements or services that is illegal or otherwise offensive or immoral may be refused, removed by Teach Consultancy Ltd to ensure that compliance with legal and statutory obligations.
15. Email Services
This message and any files transmitted are confidential and intended solely for the addressee. If you have received this email in error you should delete the message and any attachments from your system and notify the sender by email. You should not copy or disclose the contents of this message or any attachments to any other person.
